Auto drivers call off stir
Hyderabad, Jan 29 (UNI) The auto driver unions today called off the indefinite strike after the government postponed the mandatory installation of digital meters by three months.
State Agriculture Minister N Raghuveera Reddy, on the part of the government, held discussions with the union leaders and conceded their demands.
The government also decided to constitute a fact finding committee to look into union's demands including scrapping the GO 213, which made the installation of digital meters mandatory.
