Stop using 'Nagaland for Christ': NBCC

Kohima, Jan 28 (UNI) The Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) has urged the underground factions not to use the slogan 'Nagaland for Christ' until they stop the inter-factional clashes.

NBCC Peace Affairs Director Rev Kari Longchar said the outfits can not use the name of God for their own vested interests.

Speaking at a Peace March here yesterday, organised by the NBCC Rev Kari said even though the NBCC had been praying for peace since last five decades, but all in vain.
