Man and niece end life in Anand

Anand, Jan 28 (UNI) A man and his niece died by consuming poison in Khambhat taluka last evening.

Khambhat rural police said Lalitbhai Samantbhai Solanki (30) was unmarried while Sangitaben Solanki (22) was married two years ago in Jinej village. Both lived in Vatra village of Khambhat taluka.

The two were allegedly having an affair and this was being talked about in the village. In sheer frustration they consumed poison near a pond in Ralej village, according to police sources.
