'IT India Fair 2007' from Jan 30
New Delhi, Jan 28 (UNI) Aiming to provide long-term business opportunities for export, import, trading, appointing agencies and joint ventures in the IT field, the third edition of 'IT India Fair 2007' will be held from January 30 to February 2 here.
The Fair, being organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), is supported by the Department of IT, Ministry of Communication and IT and Software Technology Parks of India.
About 100 prominent companies and their contituent firms will participate in the fair.
The event will be inaugurated by Mr Rajiv Yadav, Executive Director, ITPO, Mr S N Zindal, Director, STPI, M P K Manapatra, chief administrator-cum-resident commissioner, Haryana Bhawan and Anand Mohan Sharan, adminitrator-cum-additional resident commissioner, Haryana Bhawan.
The display profile will cover computer hardware, system software, application software and software pachages, network management software, database management, SAP and ERP solutions, networking technologies, telecom equipment, broadband and web-hosting services, e-governance, network security solutions, multi-media technologies and blue tooth and other wireless technologies, etc.
