Three arrested for youth's murder

Puducherry, Jan 27 (UNI) Three persons were arrested in connection with the murder of a youth at Vinobha Nagar near here recently.

According to police, the unknown youth was later identified as Ramu, a rickshaw man.

Amaldas, Sivakumar and Murali of Saram were arrested while police were on the look-out for one Augustine.

Previous enmity was the reason behind the murder, police added.

They were produced before the Judicial Magistrate-II Krishnasamy, who remanded them to a 15-day custody.
