Rs 27 lakh robbed from construction company

Kochi, Jan 27 (UNI) An unidentified person robbed Rs 27 lakh from a local construction company after allegedly overpowering the watchman early this morning.

Police said according to the watchman, a man barged into the company office and threw chilli powder before physically overpowering him and looted Rs 27 lakh in cash.

Further investigations were on, police added.
