Nine held on charges of flesh trade

Chennai, Jan 27 (UNI) The Anti-Vice Squad Wing police arrested five brokers and four girls on charges of flesh trade, here yesterday.

Police said acting on a tip-off, a house at suburb Kandanchavadi was raided and Sundarrajan (46), Alsan (62), Azhanagan (42), Bhakyaraj (20) and Chinas (42) Ramya (21), Lakshmi (20), Chandrakala (22) and Selvi (20) were taken into custody.

Investigations were on, police added.
