HC CJ complements Haryana govt

Chandigarh, January 27 (UNI) The Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court Vijender Jain today complimented the Haryana government for creating an improved infrastructure and providing basic modern facilities in the Judicial Complexes of the state so as to give equal and quick justice to the people.

The Chief Justice was addressing a gathering of the legal fraternity after performing the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the Judicial Complex at Panipat today.

The Judicial Complex would consist of parking, litigant hall, bar canteen, public canteen, security room, district session court, bar library, dispensary, visitors room, court with chambers, judges conference room and a record room with modern public amenities.

Mr Justice Jain said Haryana ranked first in the country for providing maximum coordination and assistance for making the judicial system a big success.

He said Mr Hooda himself belongs to the legal fraternity so he was very sensitive and liberal towards the Judiciary.

Mr Hooda, on his part, assured the judicial fraternity that they would be provided all possible assistance and facilities for giving quick and equal justice to the people, especially to the poor and economically weaker section of the society.
