Dredging Corp Q3 net sinks 45.3 per cent

New Delhi, Jan 27: Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) today registered a 45.30 per cent drop in its net profit at Rs 22.89 crore in the third quarter ending December 31, 2006, as against Rs 41.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

However, the company posted 5.45 per cent rise in its total income to Rs 142.45 crore in Q3FY07, as compared to Rs 135.08 crore in Q3 FY06.

DCI is a Miniratna Indian public sector unit engaged in business of dredging.
