DIC (Left), Congress (S) merger to be formalised on Jan 29

Kozhikode, Jan 27 (UNI) The merger of the Congress (S) and Democratic Indira Congress (Left) will be formalised at a meeting here on January 29.

Congress (S) Chief Kadannappally Ramachandran would inaugurate the meet, which would be presided over by DIC (Left) Leader M A John, Organising Committee Convenor C Rajan said in a release here today.

Many leaders and their followers from Kozhikode and Wynand are expected to participate in the meeting at Muthalkkuram maidan, he added.
