Court rejects bail of an MLA

Chapra, Jan 27 (UNI) The district judge of Saran today rejected the anticipatory bail application of an Independent MLA from Mauradha Lal Babu Rai in connection with a murder case.

After hearing the bail petition, the judge, Mr B N Mishra, turned down the application.

Mr Rai was made accused of killing one Ramnaresh Rai of Mauradha.Ramnaresh Rai was killed on December one, 1998.
