Complaint lodged against Mumbai industrialist for cheating

Jamnagar, Gujarat, Jan 26 (UNI) A city-based industrialist, today filed a complaint against a Mumbai-based industrialist for cheating him of Rs 6.60 lakh by giving forged demand drafts.

Mr Rajesh Gordhandas Nanda has stated in the complaint that Mr Raju Jain had given him three demand drafts for Rs 660,000 against the purchase of brass material worth Rs seven lakh.

However, when Mr Nanda deposited those demand drafts in his accounts for clearing, his banks informed him that all the demand drafts were forged.
