VPT records high rate of refined urea unload

Visakhapatnam, Jan 25: The Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) has created an all-time record by unloading 15,951 tonnes of granulated urea in bulk from the vessel m V Pontonikis.

VPT said the unloading surpassed the previous best of 15,167 tonnes on April 11, 2006 from the vessel m V Yick Zao.

The cargo was imported by M/s Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Ltd, New Delhi.
