UTV board gives nod for Rs 250 cr investment

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) UTV Software Communications Ltd will invest Rs 250 crore in various companies after receiving a nod from its board today.

''The company will invest Rs 75 crore in Ignition Entertainment and its affiliates, while another investment of Rs 75 crore will be made in India Games and its affiliates,'' a company statement said.

UTV will also pump in Rs 100 crore in one or more joint ventures with Astro Multimedia International and its affiliates.
