New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) As the nation celebrates its 58th Republic Day tomorrow, an impressive parade will display the country's economic and military might.

President A P J Abdul Kalamwill take the salute at the parade, at which Russian President Vladimir Putin will be the Chief Guest.

Contingents of the Army, Navy, Air Force and 26 tableaux from 18 States, Union Territories, various ministries and departments will form part of the parade.

The Parade, which begin from Rajpath at 1000 hrs, will culminate at the historic Red Fort, in one hour and 42 minutes.

The Indian Air Force will introduced the indigenously-developed radar 'Indra II' and UAV 'Searcher II',. For the Army, GOC Delhi Maj Gen P C Bhardwaj will lead the contingent along with a 'yuvraj' from Malaysia who leads its '61 Cavalry' -- the world's only horse mounted unit.

The 144-member tableau of the Indian Navy, would be highlighting various facets of 'Network Centric Operations' during the Parade carrying the message -- '2007 : Year of Networking for Efficiency and Combat Power'.

Models of its recent and prospective acquisitions -- 'Talwar' ship, 'IL-38' aircraft and 'Scorpene' submarine -- which form the Navy's punch, will also be part of the contingent.

The parade will also see about 1,200 children from various schools of Delhi showcasing the country's cultural diversity.
