Pidilite acquires 75pc stake in Pagel Concrete

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) Leading adhesive and sealant manufacturer Pidilite Industries Ltd today said it has acquired 75 per cent stake in Pagel Concrete Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Pagel Concrete Technologies' is engaged in the business of cementitious grouts and allied products in technical and financial collaboration with Germany-based Pagel Spezial-Beton.
