NBW issued against two sub-inspectors

Patna, Jan 25 (UNI) Additional district and sessions judge of Patna Rampravesh Sharma today issued non-bailable arrest warrant against two sub-inspectors for failing to depose in connection with a murder case.

Following their failure to appear in the court to depose in connection with the murder case, the court issued the warrant and directed the senior police superintendent to depute DSP rank officer to arrest both police officials Nand Kumar Singh and Ramparikshan Das.

Both police officers were posted at Kotwali police station during 2003-04 and investigated the case relating to the murder of one Sanjay Kumar Gupta here in 2003.
