Greek leftist guerrillas claim US Embassy attack

Athens, Jan 25: Greek leftist guerrilla group RevolutionaryStruggle has claimed responsibility for a rocket attack on the U SEmbassy earlier this month and vowed more strikes on politicians andhigh-security buildings, a local weekly newspaper which received theclaim said.

The group, which has targeted government buildings and a ministerin the past four years, has emerged as the biggest domestic securitythreat since the capture of the once-deadly November 17 guerrilla groupin 2002.
