Fire kills 90-year-old-man in Tripura

Agartala, Jan 25 (UNI) At least one person was killed and huge property damaged in two fire incidents in this capital city and neighbouring areas during the past 24 hours.

Police said today a 95-year-old-woman was charred to death when a fire broke out at a slum in Abhoynagar area last night destroying more than 20 kutcha houses affecting fifteen families.

In another fire a godown was damaged at Maharajganj Bazar.
