City experiences warm morning

Kolkata, Jan 25 (UNI) When other North Eastern states are reeling under cold waves, the city today experienced a warm as the minimum temperature rose appreciably to 13.7 degree Celsius against yesterday's 12 degrees.

MET official has forecast a clear sky with minimum temperature at 14 degree Celsius.

Today's maximum temperature was as high as 25.1 degree Celsius.

Humidity in the air was 89 per cent throughout the day which plunged to 44 per cent late in the evening.

No rainfall was recorded, sources added.
