BSF recovers arms and ammunition, arrests three

Agartala, Jan 25 (UNI) The BSF personnel arrested three persons and recovered huge quantities of arm and ammunition at Kulubari under Sonamura sub-division in Tripura's west district.

According to BSF sources today, the jawans acting on a tip off yesterday raided a house at Kulubari and seized a 3.3 rifle along with 15 rounds of ammunition, including chinese pistol catridges.

The owner of the house and his two sons were arrested in this regard. However, investigation is on to ascertain whether the three were involved in smuggling or any kind of criminal activities.
