Apollo Q3 net up 113 pc

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) Apollo Tyres Ltd today posted a 113.3 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 35.07 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006, as against Rs 16.44 crore for the same quarter a year ago.

The company's total income also rose by 26.38 per cent to Rs 857.63 crore in the said quarter from Rs 678.61 crore during the same period last year.
