Three-month-old girl among three killed in train mishap

Ludhiana, Jan 24 (UNI) Three persons, including a three-month-old girl, were killed when a passenger train hit their car at Rajguru Nagar unmanned railway crossing here today.

According to informantion, Surender Pal Sharma his wife Sudesh Sharma and their grand-daughter Dolly were killed, when their car was hit by Ludhiana-Ferozepur passenger train.

As this unmanned railway crossing is prone to accidents, the local residents staged a dharna and demanded manned railway crossing at Rajguru Nagar.
