Registration compulsory for Homeopaths in MP

Bhopal, Jan 24 (UNI) Homeopathy practitioners need to compulsorily register with the Madhya Pradesh State Homeopathy Council (MPSHC) in order to do practice within the state.

Practicing without registration would be a punishable offence and the practitioners could contact the council's Bhopal office for registration, MPSHC Registrar Ayesha Ali said, according to a statement issued here today.

Homeopathy practice in the state was being controlled by the Homeopathy Central Council Act and the Homeopathy Madhya Pradesh Council Act.

Dr Ali said a website of the council was being constructed.
