City experiences another spell of cold winter
Kolkata, Jan 24 (UNI) The cold spell that had gripped the city from the Sarawati puja continued today with the minimum temperature plummeting to 12.5 degree Celsius.
A nip in the air was felt in the morning due to the north westerly winds, MET sources added.
MET officials has forecast a clear sky with the minimum temperature likely to be around 13 degrees.
Today's maximum temperature was 25.1 degree Celsius.
High humidity of around 88 per cent was experienced in the morning which plunged to 35 per cent as the day progressed.
No rainfall was recorded, sources added.
