BJP govt to collapse under its own weight : Congress
Raipur, Jan 24 (UNI) Opposition Congress in Chhattisgarh today said the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party was plagued with dissensions and it would collapse under its own weight.
Congress Legislature Party deputy leader Bhupesh Baghel said State Finance Minister Amar Agrawal's resignation from the Raman Singh ministry, just a month before the Assembly's budget session, was a clear indication about the state of affairs in the ruling party.
''Whether the Chief Minister accepts it or not is an internal matter of the BJP. But intra-party rivalry has spilled into the street'', he added.
Mr Baghel said the 38-month-old BJP government has failed to fulfill its commitments made to the people, as the ministers were busy fighting among themselves.
