ACCEL Frontline acquires divicion of Banking Solutions Ltd

Chennai, Jan 24 (UNI) Accel Frontline Limited today announced that it was acquiring the Banking Solutions Division of Telesis Global Solutions Limited, the city based software company, specialising in software products for banking applications.

Talking to newspersons, Mr N R Panicker, Chairman and Managing Director, Accel Frontline, said the divsion would be merged with the Banking Solutions division of the company, which currently had an MIS product framework for the banking segment.

Apart from providing professional services in the core banking domain, the banking software division of Telesis also provide services around three of their software products in the banking industry, he said.

The new acquisition was in line with the company's focus on increasing the software and services revenue in the coming years.

The acquisition was expected to be completed before January 31, he added.
