Northern part in the grip of cold
Jaipur, Jan 23 (UNI) With a fresh bout of snow fall in Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir a cold wave has revisited state capital Jaipur and the northern parts of the state.
Churu, in Rajasthan, remained the coldest place for the third consecutive day at 1.3 degree celsius while minimum temperature fell to two degrees in Mount Abu, the only hill station in the state and Pilani in Jhunjhunu followed it with at 2.7 degree celisus.
Jaipur recorded a minimum temperature of 3.4 degree celsius, Ganganagar 3.8, Dholpur 4.3, Bhilwara four, Udaipur six, Bharatpur 6.4, Ajmer and Sawai Madhopur seven, Jodhpur 7.2, Jhalawar 7.4, Bikaneer 7.9, Barmer 8.9, Rawatbhatta 9.6 and Jaisalmer 10.7 degree celsius.
