MRPL Q3 PAT jumps 511 pc to Rs 118 cr

New Delhi, Jan 23 (UNI) ONGC's wholly-owned subsidiary Mangalore Refinery&Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) today clocked a whopping 511.56 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 118.46 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 as against Rs 19.37 crore for the same quarter last year.

The company's total income rose by 8.5 per cent at Rs 7,397.44 crore for Q3FY07 in comparison to Rs 6,815.66 crore during Q3FY06.
