Leopard trapped from FRI premises

Dehra Dun, Jan 23 (UNI) The Forest Department officials trapped a leopard from Forest Research Institute premises here today.

According to the Forest Department sources, the leopard was being sighted by FRI staff since last ten days. The forest officials had placed a cage at ''strategic locations'' to trap the big cat, after receiving complain from FRI officials. The animal was today trapped in the cage. It was tranquilized, taken to the forest at Mohand and released.
