Israeli president to be charged with sex crimes
JERUSALEM, Jan 23 (Reuters) Israeli prosecutors will charge President Moshe Katsav with sex crimes against at least one female employee, a Justice Ministry official said today.
Israel Radio and Channel 10 television said the charges would include rape. Katsav, whose position is largely ceremonial, has denied wrongdoing in a scandal that erupted after accusations of sexual misconduct from several former staff members.
