Israeli business team meets Modi

Gandhinagar, Jan 23 (UNI) International Europe-Israel Group of Companies chairman Mordechay Zisser met Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today.

Mr Zisser discussed with Mr Modi on investing in Gujarat in areas like healthcare (hospitals and medical colleges), cow-breeding, animal husbandry (milk production project), genetic stem cell research, nutritious children food project and setting up of integrated township public amenities project.

Mr Zisser said European and Israeli companies are keen on investing in Gujarat because of the government's business-friendly approach and proactive governance.

Mr Modi also invited Israeli companies in the forthcoming Vibrant Gujarat Urban Summit to be held on February 15 and 16. Also present were Israel's consul general Daniel Johar Zonshine, CM's advisor S K Shelat and other senior officials.
