Indage acquires Wine business in Australia

New Delhi, Jan 23 (UNI) Wine maker Champagne Indage Ltd today entered into an agreement to buy a wine business in Australia with a capacity of three million cases, for an undisclosed amount.

The distillery is spread over 70 acres of land in South Australia.

The relevant agreement is in the process of finalisation and the company's board has authorised Indage Group president Arun Shah to conclude the agreement.
