i-Flex Solutions signs agreement with Kvazar Micro

Bangalore, Jan 23 (UNI) i-Flex Solutions and Kvazar Micro, one of the largest system integrators in Russia, have entered into a Business Development agreement in the CIS region, here today.

i-Flex Solutions CFO and India Operations CEO Deepak Ghaisas and Mr Vladimir Evtushenkov, President of SISTEMA, the holding company of Kvazar Micro, signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov, i-Flex said in a release here.
