Fenesta forays into Kerala market

Kochi, Jan 23 (UNI) To tap the emerging real estate and housing sector in Kerala, Fenesta Building Systems, a unit of DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited, has launched its state-of-the-art UPVC Windows and door systems in the state.

Addressing a gathering after the launch here last evening, Vice President and Business Head Sandeep Mathur said the environment-friendly UPVC (unpasticised poly vinyl chloride) windows and door systems were engineered for the Indian climate.

He said the products were a result of a continuous effort to refurbish the old fashioned doors and windows, and give the best hardware and innovatove window solutions to suit Indian conditions.

The window systems have excellent acoustics and thermal insulation and were termite and dust proof.

'' With the booming real estate and construction industry, we forsee a huge opportunity for the new products especially in south Indian markets,'' he noted.

He said the company has three fabrication facilities in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai to cater to the needs of the southern market.

The Gurgaon-based company has marketing and service presence in New Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
