Cong candidates for 3 Assembly seats in Punjab named

New Delhi, Jan 23 (UNI) The Congress today announced the names of its candidates for the remaining three seats out of the total 117 seats for the February 13 Assembly elections in Punjab.

According to an AICC announcement, Mr Brahm Mohinder has been nominated to contest from Samana, Mr Jeet Mohinder Singh Siddhu from Talwandi Sabo and Mr Harminder Singh Jassi from Bhatinda Assembly seats.

Earlier today, the Congress also announced the name of Punjab Finance Minister Surendra Singhla as its candidate for the Amritsar Lok Sabha byelection to take on BJP nominee Navjot Singh Siddhu.

UNI
