Compuware enters Indian market

Bangalore, Jan 23 (UNI) Leading enterprise software and IT services multinational Compuware Corporation today announced the opening of its India office here today.

''Our key business strategy in India will be to build awareness for the brand, strengthen our business operations and continue to provide value-added solutions to customers via direct and partnership engagements,'' company Country Director Sachin Khanna told newspersons here.

He said Compuware's application delivery solutions helped IT organisations consistently deliver high quality applications to their business. The company would expand its horizon to other verticals in the country, apart from the IT sector.

''We will be targetting the top 500 Indian corporations and have plans to set up additional offices in India to cater to the growing demand from customers,'' Mr Khanna said.

He said the opening up of the centre in India reflected Compuware's commitment to customers and partners. Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of the East, was a natural choice for setting up the first office in this market.
