Minor fire in National Archives

New Delhi, Jan 22 (UNI) A minor fire broke out in the administrative wing of the National Archives of India here today.

A fire department official said the blaze in the building on Janpath Road was reported at about 1000 hrs and was controlled within 30 minutes.

He said the blaze, caused due to a short circuit, was confined to a table in the room and no damage had been caused to any archive material.
