Kolkata experiences humid, cloudy day

Kolkata, Jan 22 (UNI) After last few days' cold spell, Kolkatans today experienced a cloudy and humid day with the minimum temperature rising to 15 degree Celsius against yesterday's 17 degrees.

The MET office forecast a partly cloudy sky with the minimum temperature hovering around 15 degree Celsius for the next couple of days.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 28.9 degree Celsius.

The sky remained cloudy and humid throughout the day, sources said. The humidity was 91 per cent.

Met officials said there would be rainfall in next 24 hours.
