Dehra Dun, Jan 22 (UNI) Uttarakhand BJP today said Chief Minister N D Tiwari's reluctance to contest the coming assembly elections in the state has left the Congress rudderless and leaderless Addressing mediapersons, BJP State Spokesperson Vishwas Dabar said ''Mr Tiwari's reluctancy has left his party like a captainless ship which is to sink 100 per cent.'' He said the party would release the list of remaining candidates on January 23. ''BJP is sure to win the election with a large majority and form a government,'' he claimed.

Mr Dabar said six month's ago, Congress had announced that the election in Uttarakhand would be fought under the leadership of Mr Tiwari. However at the last moment Mr Tiwari's decision to opt out of election reveals that he is sure of Congress' defeat. On the Congress' delay in announcing its candidates for the assembly elections, Mr Dabar said it proved the party's indecisiveness, lack of coordination between the government and the organisation.

''The BJP announcing its first list of 51 candidates has shown it believes in working on a clear concept,'' he added.
