Bank of India Q3FY07 net up 78 pc

New Delhi, Jan 22 (UNI) Bank of India today clocked a 78 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 254.87 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 143.1 crore for the same period a year ago.

The bank's total income increased 28 per cent to Rs 2,641 crore for the quarter from Rs 2,063.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.
