Bail granted to accused in sex racket case
Kochi, Jan 22 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today granted bail to the second accused, Mujeeb, in the Adimaly sex racket case.
The prosecution case was that the accused along with others had sexually assaulted the girl who subsequently committed suicide.
Mr Justice V Ramkumar granted bail to Mujeeb in the context of filing of the chargesheet against him and the period he had spent in judicial custody.
The Court directed to release him on bail on his executing a bond for Rs 10,000 with two solvent sureties for equivalent sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate of Adimaly.
