Application fee to be charged for government land in MP
Bhopal, Jan 22 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh Government today decided to charge Rs 5,000 as application fee for allotting government land in municipal corporation area, Rs 2,500 in municipality area and Rs 1,000 in nagar panchayat and rural areas.
The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here today.
The fee would be non-refundable and would not be adjusted with premium or lease rent, an official release said here today.
Besides, a proposal to appoint the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board as an agency for constructing the proposed medical college in Sagar was cleared and Rs 110 crore sanctioned for the purpose.
The decision to set up the medical college in Sagar was taken in February 2006 and 29 acres of land was selected for the purpose near the district hospital.
Nine posts of Professor and 11 posts of Reader for the Government Homeopathic Medical College, Bhopal, as per the norms of the Central Council, were also sanctioned by the cabinet.
The cabinet endorsed service conditions for regularisation of contractual appointments in teaching and non-clerical grades in autonomous medical colleges, dental colleges, nursing colleges, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and Unani colleges and for regular appointments in place of contractual ones in future, the release said.
