60-year-old woman found dead in Mizoram

Aizawl, Jan 22 (UNI) The Mizoram police have recovered a woman's body from her house on the outskirts of the city last evening.

Police today said the deceased, identified as Vanrumi(60) of Zemabawk area of the town, went missing on Thursday.

'' The woman had received a ransom call of Rs 3000 last month,'' police said.

The Police have started investigation to ascertain the cause of death and have sent the body for a post-mortem.
