4 arrested, jewellery worth Rs 50,000 recovered,murder solved

New Delhi, Jan 22 (UNI) With the arrest of four people from South Delhi, police have solved a murder case of woman and recovered stolen jewellery worth Rs 50,000.

Miraaz, 23, Sushai Nathan, 26 Narain, 25 and Vishal 31 were arrested from Kalkaji area for allegedly murdering Mrs Sneh Mukherjee, 58 on December 26 in her house.

Besides the jewellery, police recovered a stolen cell phone and Rs 20,000.

During interrogation the accused admitted to being involved in the murder.

Further investigations are in progress.
