Two inter-state autolifters arrested

New Delhi, Jan 21 (UNI) The Delhi police have arrested two inter-state robbers involved in several incidents of motor vehicle theft in Delhi and Haryana.

The two, Naresh Kumar and Balwant Rai, were arrested from R K Puram during a routine checking of vehicles.

The accused, who were travelling in a Maruti Esteem did not possess valid documents of the car. On verification, the car was found to be stolen one.

On interrogation, they disclosed that they had committed several motor vehicle thefts, whereafter they used to sell the vehicles off in West Bengal.
