Three leopard skins recovered

Jammu, Jan 21 (UNI) Police have arrested three poachers from Battal Ballian area of Udhampur district and recovered three skins of leopard worth Rs 3 lakh in the International market from their possession.

Police said a team of policemen intercepted three people on the naka laid at Battal Ballian and seized the skins from them.

The miscreants were identified as Abdul Rashid, Sakhi Mohammad and Mohammad Aslam. A case under section 43/51 of the Jammu and Kashir Wild Life Protection Act has been registered.
