No compromise on BJP's basic ideology: Rajnath

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 21 (UNI) BJP President Rajnath Singh today said the party would never compromise on its basic ideology.

Addressing a state leadership meeting here, he reiterated that the party's basic ideology was clear and there could be no compromises on it.

However, discipline in the party was very important, he added.

The state leaders should implement, the necessary programmes for strengthening the party's base in the region, he said.
