Four killed in ULFA blast

Guwahati, Jan 21 (UNI) At least four people were killed and eight injured in a bomb blast, suspected to be the handiwork of ULFA, in Bahari bazaar in Barpeta district.

Official sources here said the bomb was placed in a motorcycle.

While one person died on the spot, the rest succumbed to their injuries on way to hospital.

Earlier, in the day another blast took place in front of the New Bongaigaon railway station, injuring five people critically.
