Chief Justice inaugurates Nyayik Seva Sadan in Shahdol

Shahdol, MP, Jan 21 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik has said success of judiciary lies in ensuring justice to poor and weaker sections as per the Constitution.

Justice Patnaik, while inaugurating 'Nyayik Seva Sadan (NSS)' at the district court premises here yesterday, said constant efforts were being made in this direction and construction of the Sadan was an important step.

High Court Justice Ajit Singh, MP State Advocates' Association President Rameshwar Neekhra, Registrar General K C Sharma, district and Sessions Judge Kesar Yadav, MP Dalpat Singh Paraste and MLA Chhotelal Sarawgi were among others present.

Constructed at a cost of Rs 10 lakh, the NSS will prevent poor from running for justice again and again.
